I have one questions related to mandatory properties in openBIS and would appreciate some clarification.
I have a sample type with several mandatory properties, for example:

Name
-
Date
-
Manufacturer
-
Sample Type
Currently, openBIS forces the user to enter these properties in a fixed order.
If I try to enter Manufacturer first, it throws an error stating that Name and Date are mandatory and must be filled first.
What we would prefer is:

Allow entering property values in any order, even if the fields are mandatory

Validate mandatory fields only at the time of saving

If mandatory fields are missing at save time, throwing an error is completely fine
Questions:

Is this strict entry order the normal behavior of openBIS?

Is there any way to allow free order data entry for mandatory properties and validate them only on save?
