Dear all, I’m about to clean our openBIS installation, which is a multi-instance installation. For this, I was trying to hide items from the Experments/Collection types drop down menu that appears when a new experiement is created. I’m lost on how to do this. I see the objects in the Admin UI, but in the settings they appear not in the objects list, so I can’t disable them for our group.

Hi Thorsten,

you need to edit the settings of the group(s) you belong to and disable “show in dropdowns” for the object types you do not want to see in the group: Multi Group Set Up — Python documentation
