App-openbis-cycle-finder output unclear

Hi

I have run the app-openbis-cycle-finder as mention in the changelog.

On the website it states that

  • If the tool doesn’t report anything, you’re all set.

  • If it does find something, please address it before upgrading.

so both instances gives a lot of output.

But at the end both instances shows:

*** Sample Cycles ***
No Sample Cycles Found
*** DataSet Cycles ***
No DataSet Cycles Found

So everything fine?

Thanks

Hi,

openBIS is going over the relationships in the instance. The final output says that no cycles are found for samples (i.e. objects) and for datasets. This means you can proceed with the upgrade.
